Enjoy yourself in the Public Chilli restaurant, a stylish establishment located in the center of Prague offering a sophisticated and modern interpretation of the best Asian cuisine, bringing authentic flavors of the East. Our goal is to present these authentic flavors with respect for traditions. Natalie Šnicerová, born Trinh Ha, showed Prague what authentic Asian cuisine tasted like many years ago. She then took a break, traveled the world, visited Japan, Singapore, China and the US, where she explored different cultures and tastes of our beautiful planet.

CREATIVE 
ASIAN CUISINE
We connect cuisines of the whole world as we create an original neo fusion concept – Public Chilli. You can taste both traditional Asian dishes as well as its modern fusion adaptations from our chef Natali Šnicerová. The menu includes renowned dishes and classic recipes from Vietnam, Thailand, China and other Asian countries, enriched with modern ideas.
Public Chilli is the best restaurant not only for lovers of Asian cuisines. In the evening, the restaurant turns into a cocktail bar where you can enjoy Asian-inspired cocktails. Wine lovers will appreciate our wine cellar, which offers a wide and rich selection of wines. Tea lovers will appreciate the unique selection of teas, for example in combination with the excellent homemade matcha tiramisu.

We would like to invite you to attend traditional Asian cooking classes with Natali.
Pleasant seating on a beautiful summer terrace
Weather permitting, you can enjoy a meal on our summer terrace with capacity for 40 people with a view of the Estate Theater.

We combine Southeast Asian flavors with local ingredients in the spirit of Asian fusion, and we also offer great options for vegetarians and vegans. The restaurant is open to everyone who wants to have a pleasant time and enjoy excellent culinary experience.
CATERING
We are able to prepare catering in the form of Flying catering or a classic buffet. We deliver meals to your home or company in Prague. If you are interested, you must make an appointment at least one week in advance. Restaurant capacity: inside 50 people, outside 40 people, standing 150 people.
